Participants learn how to manage new responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and make better decisions. To ensure the transfer of learned skills to applied skills, we recommend personal coaching sessions with our training consultant to ensure the concepts learned in the classroom can be applied in the workplace. This step has been proven to be essential to a more meaningful workshop experience, participants receive coaching and feedback specific to their personal situation and action plan.

Management and leadership programs are available as on-line self-study, in-class workshops, or a blend of on-line and in-class workshops.
Courses vary in length from one-half to three days, which may include pre and post workshop online work. We work with you to determine modules and delivery options (online, in-class, or blended) that will provide the greatest benefit to your employees and your organization.
