Management/Leadership Overview

Successful relationships must be built up, down and across the organization. Our workshops offer leaders and managers not just concepts but also skills to be practiced and applied throughout the workshop and immediately afterwards – on the job, in their office, unit, department or division.

Participants learn how to manage new responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and make better decisions. They explore and renew leadership strategies: motivating team members to meet goals, coaching for effective performance and behavior, delegating to develop others, and adapting appropriate management styles to fit the needs of any situation.

To ensure the transfer of learned skills to applied skills, we recommend personal coaching sessions with our training consultant to ensure the concepts learned in the classroom can be applied in the workplace. This step has been proven to be essential to a more meaningful workshop experience, participants receive coaching and feedback specific to their personal situation and action plan.

The Customer Service workshops provide participants with skills, and strategies to work effectively with all customers — internal and external — to create a positive customer impression and to build lasting relationships.

Participants will learn skills to uncover and understand customers’ needs, communicate effectively and professionally, and diffuse potentially unproductive situations. Workshops are customized with you to include typical customer scenarios and situations from your organization.
