Precise: Everything DiSC Workplace uses adaptive testing—an interactive assessment process that tailors questions based on an individual’s responses—to give participants the most precise DiSC style assignment and the most detail possible.


The research-validated Everything DiSC Workplace® online assessment produces an in-depth, workplace-specific 20-page report. A more precise measurement creates a more accurate profile, increased personalization, and a better overall experience. Online tailoring makes it easy to remove or rearrange profile pages, customize the profile title, or print selected pages. Profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation kit sold separately.


Our kit includes three in-depth modules, complete with engaging activities, contemporary video, and a 30-minute optional people-reading module.
